How to host a stress-free holiday painting party

Many businesses, organizations, and families will begin planning their holiday parties once October and November arrive. You may have booked a Paint and Party at Fun Times Wine and Paint to make this year’s holiday party unique. You may not know how to make your paint party even better after you have booked it. Continue a holiday theme to create a positive mood

The theme was our first tip, because you may already be aware of the date, the time and the location of your holiday party. The “first” tip we give you to make sure you have a successful party is to create a festive mood with a holiday-themed party.

It’s a party, so you don’t need to provide guests with grass hulaskirts, luaus, or tropical beach backdrops. Do whatever you like to make it a holiday party. You can use holiday themed drinks such as apple cider and eggnog, or traditional holiday foods.

Dress people in a way that they will be comfortable

Our artists provide everything you and your guests need to paint, including aprons and tablecloths. If you plan to continue the party after our artist has left, it is important that your guests know what they should wear. Is your party more formal, festive or business casual? No matter what, you can rest assured that any painters are protected with our aprons.

Mix traditional holiday songs with your favorite dance party tunes

Enjoy yourself at the party and keep yourself a drink. Your guests will also have a great time if you’re having fun. Don’t forget to create a great playlist to spice up your party.

Then, a half-hour before your guests arrive, you can set up some appetizers, drinks and music to jazz up the atmosphere. When you hear the doorbell, you’ll be ready to start your party.

Play holiday music, but do not overdo it. Play a few tracks of holiday music, one after another. But mix it up with some of the dance party songs you’ve chosen. This will ensure that you are not playing the same songs repeatedly (which your guests have probably heard on the radio).
